What a great overall experience at your dealership. Everyone is very professional and I can count on the highly trained technicians to take care of any issues my car has (although it’s a Porsche so there has barely been any issues)! Kudos to the entire Porsche team! I would recommend you to everyone!
Went to get my new second key synced up to the car. Service was courteous, took less time than expected. Also washed and vacuumed my car for free.
After a week of delays securing my car, I set a deadline for when I needed to know if it could happen or would pull out of the purchase. No one communicated with me by this deadline, and when I called to request a final answer the sales manager Brian Dashner told me I could "buy a car somewhere else then, asshole" and hung up on me. Do not do business here!
We purchased a pre owned car. Our salesman, Chuck, was great. First time a salesman knew things about the car I didn't. Great price. Finance manager was ready with all paperwork when we arrived. Everyone was also just really nice. Pleasant people to chat with. My wife said it would have been a perfect transaction except for the location. We live in Wilmington, DE. The traffic around Cherry Hill is insane. No good roads for a test drive.
