Porsche North Scottsdale gained my business today away from another area Porsche dealership for something so simple, yet says so much about their customer service. After a battery replacement my stereo locked out and I couldn't find the code in my documents. I called the dealership that has had my business and they referred me to a private company site I could pay to get the code, saying they couldn't get it. My husband and I had the pleasant experience of doing business with AJ Anand at this dealership yesterday. We were both very impressed even though we weren’t buying a Porsche, but rather a different brand on their pre-owned lot.
