Have no idea anything about Porsche or exact cars they selling, sent me spec list and no longer replied for almost a week. I sent follow up - nothing . Hiding the exact condition of the car everything I asked was not provided asked to start a purchase process he transferred back to David who is not responding. They responded back quickly. Turned out the car was sold. I'm dealing with them about another car. They're professiona,l got back promptly and Close to a deal.
We agreed on the terms and I gave a deposit. The finance manager told us to Zoom on Friday. I waited the entire day with no response. I told them to refund my $5,000 deposit; today is Friday and yet I still haven't received my refund. They took a day to process my money and told me the refund was processed on Monday. Not only did they treat me like a joke, but they also mishandled my money. It seems if you are Asian, don't go to a white Porsche dealership; apparently, they are rude and racist.

Porsche Southpoint went up and beyond any dealer I have dealt with. Closed the deal for a 2023 911 over the phone and they drove it from Durham to Atlanta to make delivery. Highly recommend Ian on the sales side. Did a great job in getting it done.
