Steve DiFiore was amazing to work with. I bought my car (718 Spyder) from the website and I am in California. Steve handled EVERYTHING for me (finance, shippping, LoJack, etc.). He even had it detailed and filled the gas tank before it shipped. He stayed on to of everything while it was shipping (even on his days off). THANK YOU STEVE! I love my new car.
A couple of months ago, we visited the dealership for an appointment to test drive a few vehicles for my wife. This was going to be her first Porsche purchase. The experience itself was fine, but she never received any follow-up, and it didn't feel like we were seen as serious buyers. I want to start off with - I never leave reviews. I went in a month or so ago on a Saturday without an appt as I was looking to upgrade my vehicle (was previously with BMW). It was completely empty from a customer perspective/yet had multiple non-busy sales reps on the floor. I looked at vehicles for over 20 minutes on the floor without a single person coming up to me and asking for help.
