Great Hospitality by Lynn and no wonder she deserves the best performer award given by Audi. Personally me and my family are happy to pick up our dream car from Audi Minneapolis and get acquainted to Lynn. She was the key person to make this deal happen..
The perception of this dealer is high priced . Perhaps the backend service is worth it but you pay a premium above the market when dealing with them and they didnt get back to us in a timely fashion . Made us want to look elsewhere outside the Twin Cities which shouldnt be the case . Audi has a good product if its priced fairly .
I was interested in a 2008 Mercedes CL 63. I spoke to a few different people to start, then David. He gave me the price they had it listed at and said it was firm, then gave me a low offer for trade on my 2009 jaguar xf supercharged. I asked who I need to speak with so I can explore negotiating and never heard back from again. It's been over three weeks now and I have no plans of workin with someone who won't communicate with clients. I own a business and have over 35 sales people.
