The Mike and Samantha in service are wonderful here! Very knowledgeable and Little to no wait times to book an appointment.
My Porsche Panamera developed a slow leak on one of the tires. Mike from Zimbrich Porsche took me in immediately and within half an hour identified the source as a screw in tread and made the repair and got the car washed all within 30 minutes. All of this at no charge. Zimbrich Porsche has provided me with the best premium service for a luxury vehicle and I have owned Mercedes, Jaguar in Porsche in more than three cities. They’re tops.
Well I was fully informed about my status of my car. The customer is probably one of the best that I ever have. The friendliness of Samantha . The courtesy vehicle is a plus especially they have to keep my car for repairs. And picking my car on Saturday was also a plus and the lady was very courteous and helpful.
