Unresponsive team. I emailed a few people in service individually regarding a simple PPI and received no response.
I was so looking forward to purchasing my dream, used, six-figure car after having a wonderful experience working with Travis. This is certainly one of the friendliest Porsche dealerships I’ve been to and efficient as well. This visit was just for a familiarization oil change while I was visiting family in Denver. While there’s a foreign auto shop closer by servicing German cars, I chose to try this dealership. Their service was efficient and quick and the car performed very nicely for the 260 mile trip back. Overall, I was very pleased.
5 stars every time! No CAP!
