Cannot say enough great things about Tim in Service. I bought a 911 for another out of state dealership and the car arrived and needed some attention to service as well as detail to get it to a level where my other cars are. Tim got it right away and we worked on things this summer to get her near perfect. It was a process but Tim hung in there as he understands the Porsche owner. Tim is patient, knowledgeable and his communication skills are excellent!
If you’re like me, the thought of walking into a dealership to purchase a vehicle ranks on the fun scale somewhere between a colonoscopy and being a hostage. However… I had the very good fortune of working with Spencer. Professional, personable, easygoing, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great guy, great experience, and yes, got a great car out of the deal. If only everything else in life could be that easy. Thanks Spencer (and the rest of the staff).
