Our Cayenne developed a problem at about 2pm on Friday afternoon as we were driving through Iowa on a road trip. The Porsche hotline put us through to Joe, who diagnosed the fault over the phone. As we limped the car to the dealership Joe ordered the part which arrived shortly after we did. The car was fixed within an hour and we were back on the road. We expected to be stuck in Iowa for the weekend, but Joe saved plans. Remarkable service. Exceeded every expectation.
I purchased a preowned 911 from out of state. It was a smooth experience from sales to delivery (including pre purchase inspection). Thank you Marty! The car has exceeded my expectations. The dealership was great about having the car sorted before delivery. Much appreciated!

Katya and Joe are simply the best!! Katya is laid back and the lowest pressure sales person I've ever worked with. Her manager, Joe, goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels a win. For a place that could certainly be stuffy or condescending, it is neither. Katya and Joe are welcoming and inviting while providing a first class experience. I am so happy with my Taycan and will definitely return when it is time. I highly recommend!!
