Katya and Joe are simply the best!! Katya is laid back and the lowest pressure sales person I've ever worked with. Her manager, Joe, goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels a win. For a place that could certainly be stuffy or condescending, it is neither. Katya and Joe are welcoming and inviting while providing a first class experience.
