This “Porsche shop” is a joke. I had called and made and appointment with Mark about bringing in my Porsche Race car to install a new aftermarket gas pedal and several other work including replacement of wheels studs. If anyone knows, swapping out wheels studs are a substantial amount of labor. At the time of the the appointment I made it very clear to Mark that I would be ordering the Rennline gas pedal and bringing it in for him install. Nasty owner. When he starts out correcting "Porsche" vs "Por-sha" you know there is a problem. It went downhill from there. His son seems nice, so I'll give it 2 stars. They're all for the son who at least tried to be helpful.
I've been using NARW for my Porsches since 1995. Very knowledgable mechanics, honest and trustworthy. Always a lot of interesting cars in the shop. Reasonable pricing, given the caveat that this is Porsche we are talking about. The best thing I can say about NARW is when I bring a car in for repair, it's always done right the first time. In all these years I have NEVER had to return for a rework job. Highly recommended, especially as compared to other independent shops and dealerships.
The owner is rude and bitter. From the first conversation the tone and energy was that off some one who was almost anti social. Could be good mechanic …I never made it in the shop!
