I brought my Porsche in for a routine oil change and was shocked by the final bill. The pricing felt excessive for such a basic service, and I wasn't given a clear explanation for all the extra charges. While the staff was polite, I left feeling like I overpaid for something that should have been much more reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I won't be returning for future service.

The newest and best equipt Porsche facility in LA, matter of fact, I drive out here from Orange County for service. I also purchased my 25’ Macan here and couldn’t be happier. No hassle getting a loaner and the lounge is well stocked with fresh fruit, cold drinks & that “car dealer coffee” we all know and love. DTLA Porsche is the place for sales & service, and coffee ☕️
Excellent service, professional and friendly. Service completed ahead of estimate.
The new location is even better than the old one. They have multiple lounges and great cars. The team is really friendly and supportive.
