I’ve serviced my Taycan here since purchase, and while the staff is helpful and communicative (shout out to Jose), the technical execution has become a dealbreaker. Gerald and Christopher were amaizing as well as the manager Michael. I had a few short conversations with Gerald Tan and Christopher . Walked in at 4pm on a Sunday and drove away in my brand new dream car 2026 911 Carerra S at 6pm. Gerald kept his word with regards to the price, terms and finance rate.
