Pierre was very responsive and answered all my questions. He treated me with respect and was very prompt with his responses to my calls. I have yet to buy a Porsche from them as it is early in my buying timeline as I am looking for a 2022 Macan and I suspect that most have not gone off their 3-year lease by now. The one they have now is pretty tempting.
The salesperson I spoke to, Pierre, told me a week ago the car was sold. However, the buyer had not taken delivery. He said he would let me know if the buyer had picked it up. He didn't. I did find out after several contacts with others at the dealer that, during this week, the car had been delivered. During these contacts I asked direct questions and was given vague answers. My experience has been one of a lack of follow up and a lack of transparency.

I called to inquire about the vehicle posted, I was told it was not there but enroute from Florida shortly, however, I NEVER received a call back on the status of the vehicle that was a week ago. This type of behavior is unprofessional due to I was trying to book a flight based on them getting back to me.
