I went to Byers Imports to purchase a Subaru Impreza. He spent two and a half hours with me, we found that I was not able to get financed on the exact car I wanted. Great time at the shop. It was actually to look at the many different options of cars that I had, and the people were very informative
Most importantly, I trust the dealership. Whenever I need to get my car serviced or I just run into an emergency, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. That quality can be rare. At least, it has been for me at other dealerships.
They were very nice and they gave me good customer service. I just went to get an estimate on my car and they gave me one and some advice on what to do.
Their work is AMAZING. I took my car for a wax (buff and clay) and my car came out to be a mirror under the sunlight. They even cared to work on my taillights, making them look like new (they are aftermarket so they did loose their shine fast).
The sales process was better than I ever expected, they gave me a lease special they had that I wasn't aware of that saved me $20.00 per month. The service after the sale was even better. I have sent 3 friends in since then that have bought Subarus since. WTG Byers
