Very disappointed with this dealer. I bought couple cars from them and Not happy at all how they do business. Reason I tried them again is because being the closest Porsche dealer from me. They are aways trying to make customer come up with extra money towards down payment after agreeing on monthly payments over the phone and texts. Jackie sales person told me everything is good to go as we agreed, sends me the credit application to have it all ready before driving there and calls me tells me you can come pick up the new car... read more
I recently helped a friend go through the tedious process of purchasing a new car. We looked at Porsches in Cherry Hill.Mark Ginsberg was the sales rep.He was extremely helpful and took a lot of time explaining the various options and which ones he thought was appropriate in her case .He made it a fun experience and my friend bought a Macon, which she loves. I also own a Porsche that I get serviced at Cherry Hill Porsche.i think the service department is first rate as well.
This new Porsche cayenne model S is such a shame with only 5000 mileage the engine sign has shown up more than 3 times even after the dealership has dealt with professional care. I have purchased this dream car with all of my hard earned money, and I use it running errands on a daily basis. But now it has not only disappointed me but put my kids and my life in danger. I Buying a Porsche Cayenne was the biggest mistake I ever made. The engine warning light came on three times in one year. I will never buy a car from this brand again.
I had a great experience with Porsche of Cherry Hill special ordering / purchasing a new 992.2 Carrera T . Kyle was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable, and helped me spec the car and also set up European Delivery. Zero games with prices or trade in value. For those that know European delivery takes extra work and is a bit more hassle for the dealer and the guys here were very helpful in making it happen for me.
