Just had my first service experience at Cherry Hill Porsche & it was a 10 out of 10. Sylvia did a great job of making sure my car was taken care of!
Kudos to David Masserini who was my service consultant!! Recently had my 2020 C4S Cabriolet in for an unexpected service and he went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved. He is to be commended. Job well done.
Jackie R. was supremely helpful. She was SUPER responsive and down to earth. I came in first thing was out the door by lunch. She even hooked my son up with Hot Wheels 911 - ha. Would 100% recommend Jackie at Porsche Cherry Hill, along with Marc and Phil.
I had a terrible experience with them. Manager was very rude and unhelpful. I called four times to set up an appointment and no one answered the phone. I went online and made the appointment with them for the next day. When I was 5mins away from their location the manager calls me saying they can’t work on the car because it had an accident.. and that’s the same vehicle they had worked on a few months ago. I had called another porsche dealers and they told me they never heard of anything like!! Also the manager is very bias!... read more
