Shaun, a Porsche brand representative, was very responsive. He called me in response to my inquiry immediately. He was a consummate gentleman and he listened to what I was looking for. He advised me in depth about options. He checked back with me to see if I had further questions. Helpful and professional with a smooth personal touch.
I want to start by saying, I do not have a problem with Baker, as I did buy my 2020 Macan from Porsche Wilmington, who is owned by Baker, but I did have a negative experience at Porsche of Charleston. Everything started out nicely when I went in for a test drive for the Porsche Macan. I looked at a pre-owned 2018 Macan and gave multiple price ranges that I was able to find online for comps.
