My car was in for maintenance/oil change. My Service Advisors name was Nicole. She demonstrated a good problem solving skills and solutions, she was great to work with, responsive and communicative. Thank you, Nicole!
I had the most frustrating experience at this service center. My 2-month-old Macan EV showed signs of internal burning while driving it, with increasing amounts of black smoke and burning smell coming out of the passenger's side when I turned off the AC. When I brought it in for service I had the least helpful service rep I've seen, telling me that the best they could do was a visual inspection, that I had to go drive my car and make it start to burn again for them to investigate, and at best they could just read logs to loo... read more
I took my Macan EV for a faulty tailgate latch. The service advisor, Simon Pope, made it extremely easy to drop off the car, arrange a loaner, and keep me informed. The car was recharged when I picked it up. Excellent customer service all around.
Very quick service. Simon went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations for my service visit. The waiting area was comfortable with a great view of it the cars in for service. Wifi was solid and pantry well stocked.
