Excellent service at Porsche Bellevue. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality work. The tire service was quick, transparent, and my car was returned in perfect condition. Highly recommend their service department.
We have used the service since 2018. The previous experience is quite well. However the one we just had in July 24 was not as the basic expectation. The maintenance service was for 100,000 miles, we have paid more than $1,800 including the gas gap’s replacement. After service we drove the car from Issaquah to DT Seattle, during the trip the dashboard showed “reduced engine power..” three times. I recently brought my Porsche Cayenne S to the Bellevue dealership for service—one recall requiring a software update and a persistent squeaking noise.
