Horrible service by finance department! After the purchase I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks now. Left several voice messages and emails. No reply at all. Very frustrating and disappointing!

I’ve taken a long time to reflect before posting this review. I had an appointment on May 12 for a routine oil change scheduled at 10:00 AM. I ended up waiting four hours, which was frustrating—but not even my main concern. What truly disappointed me was, after being charged $578.95 for an oil change, only to be told they “couldn’t” reset the service needed light because I declined the 60,000-mile service. I had my porsche meccan serviced my Porche north Austin. I found the service staff to be rude. I guess they are nice if you fit a certain profile. Last time, I mentioned that brake repair is too expensive and was told you are driving porsche and not honda or toyota with a non professional attitude. I guess, need to wear suit and tie to go there as I drive porsche. Well, I had to find somewhere else to get my service done and so happy that I do not have to deal with the service department at Porsche dealership.

I've purchased several cars in the past from various dealerships, and I can confidently say that the experience at Porsche stands out as the best. I didn’t purchase a Porsche vehicle - in fact, I likely bought the most affordable car in their inventory - yet the entire experience still felt luxurious. Dylan Bell was fantastic: relaxed, straightforward, and never pushy. He stayed in touch with me over a few days while we waited for a new part, and throughout the process, he was consistently responsive and professional.
