Astounding dealership Great selection of Porsches and great service
Big thanks to Mrs Allen martha one of the best binary options manager who has the best strategy and signals that can help you win every time you trade .. before meeting her I was scammed several times and I lost $2000 to 2 different managers who claims they are real but turn into monsters the moment I fund my trading account ... but today I'm so grateful to Mrs Martha for coming to my rescue .. I posted this to those who are already given up on binary and Forex options an… See more
If you are buying a new car, no problem. If you are buying a used car, have them show you a clear title before buying. I purchased a vehicle for over $100K over 5 months ago and the dealer hasn't yet produced the title. Their General Manager refuses to pickup the phone to work through the issues either and instead opts to ignore the calls. I ended up filing a complaint with the TX DMV and the Attorney for the DMV confirmed the dealer has violated state law - yet I'm holding a car over $100k and no title to accompany it yet.
Really scummy business ethics. So turned off by my shopping experience, it makes me sick that I have to return to Porsche for service work. Warning to future buyers - act very rich at the outset, and don't ask too many questions, or they'll treat you extra snotty and act very aloof. In fact, they'll probably treat you snotty regardless.
Most amazing experience I’ve had an any dealership in my life highly recommend to all my friends and coworkers. -Raymond E Gill
Horrible experience and it was the first time coming to this dealership. Nobody greeted us and several salespeople walked by and definitely were aware that we were waiting for service. In addition, a group of sales people were loitering upstairs on the second story railing and looking down upon us and murmuring amongst one another . I had to approach the receptionist to ask for assistance when she clearly wasn't busy, but I guess texting is more important than the customer experience. I suspect when you are the only Porsche ... read more
Nick was fantastic and very helpful in finding the perfect car for our daughter. The entire process from start to finish was wonderful!!
Called a week ago to the old location I was told to stop by the new location and they would replace my battery quick. I get here today but a $500 battery I was told I needed to wait two hours. I said I can change it myself can I have some tools. I was told they don’t know if they can give me tools. Talked to the GM didn’t really seem to care so I just told him I wouldn’t be back. It’s a shame when the top dog really doesn’t care
Everything was wonderful. Especially the sales general manager Christian Ames and Tony Monteleone and all the staff. The receptionist Bailey was great too. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Porsche Austin.
