Bobby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend him.
I live in NC. Saw the Taycan I wanted with get exact specs online. Called Zion, the salesman. Worked with him and he left the dealership. Got transferred over to Booby. Top notch process. We did everything via phone and signed all the paperwork before I flew down tp pick the car up. Booby even reimbursed my for the Uber ride. I had an issue with my Panamera Hybrid which required the dealership to keep it for several months (because a part had to be ordered from Germany). Byron was amazing at keeping me informed of vehicle updates. And when unexpected things happened that caused a delay, he quickly provided an explanation. When I picked up my car, there was a gift bag in the back seat with Porsche merch. This was for any inconvenience I had. Such a wonderful surprise and excellent customer experience!
So disappointed in the service department. I had my Taycan serviced and the technician left parts that should’ve gone back on the car in the trunk of my car. I drive this car infrequently so after several months I opened the trunk to load packages and lo and behold I saw random parts in my trunk. I assumed that the parts were what was removed from the car and replaced with new parts.
