Just purchased a 2020 Macan Turbo, replacing a five year old Macan S. Great vehicle, great format, great technology. Wonderful Porsche racing history and engineering. Dealer was easy to communicate, negotiate, etc. They also graciously delivered the vehicle out of state, as we were socially distancing from Maryland and DC. My salesperson Brian Matos was clear, reliable, and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Good service advisers, got me in and out
The sales staff is excellent (you rock Andy Perez!) and the after-sale service is spot-on. We purchased a pre-owned Macan S that had an almost imperceptible rattling in the engine compartment and the service crew nailed it - all systems GO now.
I very rarely feel compelled to provide feedback - especially positive feedback - but Porsche Bethesda deserves it. I bought a used Audi from them and was very impressed by the amount of attention and honest service we received. Unlike my experiences with other dealers, the sales process was not drawn out and filled with pointless attempts to buy unnecessary extras. The customer service was great! the Greatest management and sales staff out there! Cant find a more genuine and honest team around . we couldn't make up our minds .back and forth....but they were the most patient and professional group out there making us feel like part of the family with no pressure!
