My salesperson, Bill Garcia, was wonderful—very professional, and he followed through on everything he said he would do. He coordinated with other shops across town to assist with the additions I wanted on my vehicle, even before I committed to the purchase. My interaction with the rest of the Porsche team was brief, but those I did meet were professional, polite, and welcoming.
Made a service appoint for my macan, dropped it off before they opened. Called around lunch time to check on it but was sent to the service advisors voicemail. Never received a call back. Showed up at 4pm to collect the car and they had never worked on, didn’t even realize I had dropped it off and claimed they never received my voicemail. This service department is the reason I’ll never own another Porsche as long as I live in Anchorage.

Mierra found me the perfect vehicle exactly what i was looking for and made the entire process wonderful. As always Porsche as a dealership is a cut above the rest 3rd vehicle purchased here always treated so well will keep coming back.
