I wish I could rate zero star. I’m writing about my terrible experiences from Porsche Anchorage during four years as a customer. 1. I scheduled transmission service appointment at at least two weeks ago. Well, I’m on the way to my 9:30 AM appointment today, I received a text message that the parts has not arrived yet so they are not ready for my appointment and right now is 9:05 AM and I’m already on the Gellen highway from Wasilla . I had to make numerous text and emails and phone calls to try to buy a used car from them. I paid 500 less than asking price and it should’ve been a very easy transaction but drew out over 10 days. If the car wasn’t perfect, I would’ve walked
My salesperson, Bill Garcia, was wonderful—very professional, and he followed through on everything he said he would do. He coordinated with other shops across town to assist with the additions I wanted on my vehicle, even before I committed to the purchase. My interaction with the rest of the Porsche team was brief, but those I did meet were professional, polite, and welcoming.
