I purchased my Porsche a couple years ago right when Swickard took over the dealership. In that time I’ve brought my car in for service and it’s been fine. However, yesterday was exceptional. It was very icy out and I still received a ride to and from work. I wash my car and it was ready on time. Everyone was pleasant.
was super excited to go to porsche and get a custom build. went to porsche anchorage and adam was the one helping me. he was less than helpful and i felt like a burden/inconvenience asking him questions. i felt like i was begging to give them my business. their selection was very limited on hand. once i felt like i was just a bother to him i decided to cut off the custom build i planned to get. he did not seem to care at all. decided to go out of state to custom build and got way better customer service!
Jackson has been great in the service dept. it has been a pleasure to work with. He was a good hire for them.
