I have been a patient of Dr. Love for over 10 years, and I have always been pleased with my service. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed one, and Dr. Love has worked with me to help clear up whatever issues I am having at that time. She works diligently with my insurance company to get the meds I need approved for my particular case. I am so happy to be a patient there!
When I started seeing Dr. Love she didn't give me a diagnosis. I told her what another dermatologist had said. And about a year in she said it was Alopecia Aerta. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and she has had me use Viviscal which didn't work. It was a waste of my money and time. After a year or so later, she recommended I start using Nutrafol and I used it for over a year and again it is a waste of my money and time. I do not write reviews regarding other clinics as I also work in healthcare and understand how difficult it is but this has been one of the most frustrating clinics to work with. staff is friendly enough but incredibly difficult to get in touch with any of the providers or nurses to get additional information. My first incident was in regards to needing a referral sent to a different location. I was told if I have a preference, I can call and leave a message. Very disappointed after my last visit here. Waited two hours to be seen only to get a one minute once over where I wasn’t even asked to stand up out of the chair. Not really sure why they had me change into a paper gown if the doctor wasn’t going to look at anything. It was supposed to be my annual skin check and skin cancer runs in my family.
