I would definitely recommend Joe Vahedi as a super knowledgeable, smart, and competent real estate agent. My home sold 6 days after being listed! It sold for 10K more than asking price! Joe is very good at his job... Barely any credits to buyer, no repairs needed from me, beautiful staging which Joe coordinated and helped with. Vultures. They are taking advantage of people in a desperate situation. Just to turn a profit, these parasites are attempting to buy flood damaged homes just to turn around and make them over priced rental properties that no one can afford. Shameful, and truely what’s wrong with real estate companies today.
