Very nice. We enjoyed a very good meal and a nice visit with family.
We have found Porches to have the best food, cost and dining experience of any place we have ever dined. That same experience carries over into the proprietors and waitstaff. Mabe cause we have been long time customers, I do not know, yet the hospilitality is the best one can ever expect when dining out. And I would have given a 5 star rating, but I have always had the ribeye or the prime rib entree but the last 2 Sundays of our dining with Porches, neither have been on the menu. Everyone was super nice! The lady that owns it was hilarious!! Had chicken and dumplings. Pretty good. Everything tasted made from scratch.
Beautiful house, wonderful hospitality and delicious food!!
We arrived at 12:30 for lunch and was seated right away. The house is wonderful with lots of ambiance. Love the open area in the middle. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. They do not accept credit cards, but will take a check for payment.
