After finding a shard of glass in my fiancé's beer the employees did not give much concern. The friends we were with never got the drink that they ordered until they went to the bar and got it themselves. I found some glass in my beer as I was taking my last sip. As I was telling the waitress, she did not seem concerned. There was no manager on site, and all I got was a new glass...... I feel like this was a silly way to address glass in my beverage. Needless to say, my friends and I will never come here again.
