They were so helpful and gave us things to think about that helped with our decision. A lot of things to choose from.
We visited the store to look for a dining set for our deck. Gina greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. We told her we were just looking around. It was great that she allowed us to wander without pestering us! When we found a few items we wanted more information on, she was happy to provide us with specifications and details. We are so happy with Porch & Patio! After going to multiple stores and being told that we can place an order but would not receive patio furniture this summer or not even in the early fall, we were thrilled when Gina told us they had lots of in stock items since they ordered all summer and winter!! Went looking for new outdoor furniture, they did not acknowledge me, I spent at least 10 minutes in the store, while listening to sales person explain that a customers order was not coming in when expected, due to supply chain issues. At lease say hello when someone enters the store...
Beautiful store We found exactly what we were looking for a small table and chairs that fit in our outdoor space Tim the manager was very knowledgeable about the products unlike some big box stores Tim told is that it would take about 2 months to get our custom order and he called promptly when our order came in The furniture is expensive but high quality Highly recommend this store
