They have taken a great deal of time looking into the value of every item to maximize what they could pay for it. My experience had been that they are providing the maximum amount they can while still making enough money to justify their efforts. Totally satisfied.
Do not let this man inside your house. He acts like a charmer, but he is a thief who preys on people, and many are afraid to speak up. I had a transaction with Mark where he completely stole $700 worth of my coins. When confronted, he explicitly texted admitting to the breakdown: "1050 + 700 = 1,750." But with the $700 he stole, the true total is $2,450. Horrible costumer service and its not located where google takes you also they say appointment and had workers at store we just weren't important enough never go there or call
Made an appointment for the following day at 12 noon. I arrived on time at the address sent via text. A gate code was required but when I called and texted nobody answered. A waste of time.
This is a great company to do business with! Mark not only gave me great prices on my silver and gold, he helped me get information on art work as well! Very knowledgeable and very helpful! I highly recommend this company and Mark!
