Been to both the trade office in Boston and the retail showroom in Chestnut Hill...LOVE their products, great displays, and very helpful people in both locations.
I have bought many items in this shop, and many different employees had helping me. I really have to said that they have been very helpful and polite to me because I am not easy customer I ask many questions all the time, and they have been very cordial with me. I did have few issues with some of my products but they solved everything fast and very professional. What was promised was granted and fast. Thank you to all the team. Love the products
Absolutely shocking customer service. I would not even give this Company 1 star. Reception does not pick up, if you leave a message no-one returns your call. Often the voicemail is full and you cannot leave a message. I ended up chasing continually for a status report on my bathroom. I even emailed wanting to lodge a complaint and copied in the MD who still has not bothered to get back to me. STAY AWAY, takes shocking customer support to another level!!!
