I contacted Bernado on Friday am and he had some work somewhere else near by, he said he would stop by that same day in the afternoon and he did exactly that. No only that, but he also did explain the different products he had, and made great recommendations. We are so glad we found Bernardo to help us with 4 covers we needed for our home. We did some research and window well covers seem to be pricey if you wanted some quality strong ones.
