Wanted to support local business so I found Porcayo’s Custom Window Well Covers on Facebook. I was contacted almost immediately after sending them a message. Bernie was great! Came out and gave an estimate and we set up an appointment for installation. The day of the appointment, Bernie contacted me 30 minutes before arriving to say he was on his way and completed the work quickly. Very professional and the covers look fantastic! Top notch job. Honest, reliable, and professional. Bernie and his team came and replaced a bad window well with a new one. He explained his process to me and showed me the anchors he would be using. Definitely an upgrade to the concrete screws originally used. His team cleaned up and made sure I was happy before leaving. I had Berna install 3 window wells and he did it so well. Cleaned and sealed everything. Cutting was done on site and it was a perfect fit. He was on time and was quick also. Easy to deal with also.
Bernie was fast, genuinely nice and informative during the installation of the window well covers. Best pricing among all competitors. The covers themselves are high quality. I'm very happy with the end result.
