Very frustrating experience. The staff was rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. Instead of assisting, he spoke in a scolding tone. Totally unacceptable service!!!!
Cheap monthly car wash although don't have vacuum
I just bought a subscription and on the first day was told that the facility would be closed for 2 days for repair. Today is the fourth day and it's still not reopened and there is no signage whatsoever informing customers when they would reopen. Horrible.
I have been a monthly member at this car wash for quite some time, and while I appreciate the service itself, I feel compelled to raise a serious concern about the condition of the driveway and parking lot leading into the facility. On numerous occasions, I have mentioned to staff that the potholes at the entrance and throughout the lot are extremely deep and hazardous, yet nothing appears to have been done to address the issue.
