Very disappointed. Came in for a routine oil change, but they didn’t tighten the oil filter properly. While driving, the oil leaked out because the filter literally fell off — how can something like this happen if you call yourself professionals and charge customers money?! I had to tow the car. This kind of negligence could’ve seriously damaged the engine. I do not recommend this place.

Called them up for a state inspection and confirmed the appointment. I arrived on time and they said they can't do it because they have too many cars to work on. When I asked about the phone call, they simply replied "it doesn't matter". Did not even look at the car. Wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional. Never going back there. 1st time here. Owner is great guy, fit me right in, no wait. Mechanic, Ron is great and wealth of info. Work is superb and price reasonable.
