Very disappointed. Came in for a routine oil change, but they didn’t tighten the oil filter properly. While driving, the oil leaked out because the filter literally fell off — how can something like this happen if you call yourself professionals and charge customers money?! I had to tow the car. This kind of negligence could’ve seriously damaged the engine. I do not recommend this place.

Called them up for a state inspection and confirmed the appointment. I arrived on time and they said they can't do it because they have too many cars to work on. When I asked about the phone call, they simply replied "it doesn't matter". Did not even look at the car. Wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional. Never going back there.
