Very shady. Let me correct my short answer. When you sell someone a vechile the day before and that person calls the next morning early to confirm, and you say, yes come and get it. Then drives to your shop from and hour away and you call them when they're 10 minutes away and tell them you sold it to someone else. Thats shady! It was my husband you did this too
I was late for my appointment but they still got me in and are very nice and great to work with!
The service here was incredible. I had a flat tire and they were the only shop around to take me in on short notice. I highly recommend
We agreed on a price for a Jeep for two grand. Arranged a time to come Monday, then while we were on the way ,they tried to start a bidding war. We said we’d stick to the agreed price, and they told us we could still come. We drove an hour, and at the last minute they called to say it was sold. Total waste of time and gas. Really unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.
I've been going to Popular Auto for just over 2 years and the service and work has always been excellent.
