Was told by the owner that he could do a major repair for a price considerably lower than a dealership had quoted me. Turned out the I paid considerably more at Popular Auto than the dealership had quoted. I found the owner cagey when discussing costs. My advice if using this repair shop is to get a firm quote up front and hold the owner to it. As for the repair, it wasn't to my complete satisfaction.
