Terrible experience!! oil was overfilled. called to report it to the company. the weekend guy who answers the phone hung up on me twice. he was very rude and didn't want to help. i was an hour away from home. i had to pay another company to fix their mistake. don't trust these guys to work on your vehicle. hopefully the engine is not damaged
(Dalton location) Well, I stopped in for a quick simple oil change in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee... you would think it would be super simple... but I guess not. Since this visit I have had nothing but issues with it leaking oil.... come to find out they placed my oil filter on crooked... this caused about 2 whole quarts to be spilled all over my engine. I had that fixed, and it has yet to stop leaking... I even had it professionally cleaned by the Jeep dealership. Fast forward..... the dealership checks the oil filter... th... read more
