Excellent experience. 13 year old water heater out on a cold school morning. I called in the morning and had hot water again by afternoon. From Shannon taking the call, details and scheduling to Tony and Eddie arriving and replacing the heater. The whole process was very easy. Team was professional. Install was clean and kids are enjoying hot showers again.
They replaced my tankless water heater (Noritz) in no time at all. We needed to upgrade with a slightly larger capacity, but also needed one that was compatible with our existing vent. They were extremely knowledgeable and had this thing replaced with a newer model within two days of us calling them. They were also very competitive in price. But it didn't mean that their work was sub par in any way. Their technicians and staff were all very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
What else can I say but very honest people and their work is very professional. For me honesty is key and Pops Family Business will be here for a very very long time not only because of the good work they do but that they are honest. And the employees are very good people!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Five stars! I have used them twice now to replace a total of 4 bathroom faucets, clear my shower drain and clean the P-trap of my kitchen sink. Every plumber I've used prior I was not satisfied. They do the bare minimum and aren't interested in other work. The price was told to me upfront and was reasonable. They were very fast but efficient and did the job correctly. I will definitely use again and I never used any other plumber more than one. Strongly recommend.
