WOMAN APPROVED! This shop is awesome. I couldn’t catch a break with crappy mechanics who tried to sell me extremely big jobs without even addressing the reason I went in there in the first place and honestly actually causing an avoidable, extremely inconvenient situation for me due to their negligence. Great place to take any type of car you have from classic to foreign to european models. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I brought in my 2013 Mercedes Benz E350, and they did an oil change, with the best oil, cheaper than any other place and they fixed the radiator fan cheaper than any other place and my car actually runs cooler than it has ever before. I'm very happy with Pop's and will be going back with my other vehicles.
I took my car in for an oil change and to check a rattling in the front end. They told me I needed new shocks for nearly $1,000. That didn’t sound right, so I declined and just got the oil changed. A few days later, I found the real issue, a loose caliper. I tightened it myself and the noise disappeared. About a week later, I noticed an oil leak. Had this shop fix my ac in my car. Took it in and it was fixed the same day. Didn't have to give them an arm and a leg either. Very reasonable and knowledgeable family owned business that provides great service
