Vivian was spectacular! I knew my hair might be a challenge for any stylist at a salon that likely doesn’t specialize in 4c type hair. However, Vivian was willing to listen to my instructions and didn’t make me feel awkward when seeing how thick my hair was. I had the best experience with Kristin! I came to see her after a horrible haircut from a different salon. Kristin was very informative, reassuring, and did a great talking through solutions with me. I knew that after speaking with her, I chose the right place to go to. Kristin worked her magic to fix my hair and it feels and looks SO much better! I feel like I got my confidence back. Everyone is nice and friendly I got what I wanted with my hair and I love it!
I don’t normally leave negative reviews however I left the salon quite disappointed. I will not list the name, but the stylist was very obviously new to this, which is fine we all have to start somewhere but I have never left a hair salon looking worse than when I went in before. My scalp was barely washed, the back of my head was still dry when I got up from the wash station.
