I frequently work with Deztiny at the Poppy Bank S. Main branch for international wire transfers with my business partner in Korea. She is consistently courteous, calm, and very efficient. Her support makes what could be a complicated process feel smooth and easy. I also appreciate the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of the branch whenever I visit. Certain people with this Branch seem very competent and intelligent like Dennard Atkinson and his boss at this branch but unfortunately whichever Branch you open up your account and is the one that manages your account in most situations and I'm dealing with a situation now where my ATM card has been canceled erroneously unfortunately when I'm in Mexico dealing with a dental medical emergency. I do have another ATM card I can use but everyone is supposed to have two ATM cards they can use at any given time so what am I suppo... read more
