Amazing customer service! The senior manager was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about CDs and lending. Although he was covering at a different branch and is new to the bank, it was clear he is an expert at building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. He is absolutely worth the trip to the Scripps Ranch branch. I highly recommend working with him and this bank.
