My husband purchased an olive tree from here which has not been doing well. I was really disappointed but after speaking to the store they were so great about it, offering to swap it with another tree they have. Really wonderful customer service.
Ordered a bouquet for my Dad's 60th birthday. Gave them the inspiration that he loves gardening and is very eccentric, but beyond that do whatever they like. The bouquet they created is unquestionably gorgeous, and so unique. They even make it in a way that he can dry many of the flowers if he'd like to preserve any of them. I am over the moon with their work, thank you for taking the care to make something special.
Valentine's bouquet is poor. The flowers are okay but the wrapping is so poor. Just wrapped in brown paper bag without any design. Not recommended.
Ordered the designer's choice bouquet with instructions for bright reds and jewel tones, and received a white and pink pastel bouquet. Called to ask if I had picked the wrong one by mistake, and got a standoffish "well if you don't like it you can bring it back in". When pressed further she said "I guess we didn't see the special instructions" when that is mentioned clearly on the website. I am not going to make the trek all the way back because of your mistake, especially when you are being so unapologetic about it. 2 stars... read more
