New management is wonderful and the property manager is very sweet! I can see they are doing everything they can to help the residents here within reason!
I am a current resident and I have absolutely hit my limit here. When I started living here my rent was $720. There was no central AC, just a single window unit. There was carpet in the bathroom. The roach problem was out of control. The pipes in the ceiling provided the heat in the winter. But I thought “well the rent reflects that”. Here I am nearly 4 years later. None of those things have changed and I pay (after ridiculous fees) $1200. Management changes hands consistently. We are asked to make our apartments available f... read more
