I am a current resident and I have absolutely hit my limit here. When I started living here my rent was $720. There was central AC, just a single window unit. There’s carpet in the bathroom. The roach problem is out of control. The pipes in the ceiling provide the heat in the winter. But I thought “well the rent reflects that”. Here I am nearly 4 years later.
