While not the most modern apartments around in Murfreesboro, I can say that it is quiet here and in the perfect location to get to all of the amenities in Murfreesboro within a few minutes drive. The apartment I moved into was not an updated apartment 3 years ago. That being said, since Desiree has come into the office, more has been done to my apartment to fix issues and some updates that never got taken care of with previous property managers. Very friendly staff. Maintenance man responds and takes care of work orders quickly. Very knowledgeable. I enjoy living here.
Quiet inexpensive and close to everything in the Boro. Age is the only real drawback, but cheaper than most. Safe and close to Mitchell Neilson Elementary (10 min walk). Wish the city would put sidewalks in this area to make it more walk friendly. If you're on a budget this is the place for you.
