Christi was amazing and incrediblt helpful for us. She went out of her way to provide me help and provided a wonderful experience to sign a lease. I'm ever so greatful to have her help and cooperation. The apartments are very cozy and quiet. Very valuable for the price paid. 15/10, would rent again!
Lived there for 6 years. Great location you can get to 3 major streets in mboro (memorial, medical center, broad) very easily. Property managers care very much they hold people accountable for their actions and they try to make it a nice place to live for everyone
New management is wonderful and the property manager is very sweet! I can see they are doing everything they can to help the residents here within reason!
I am a current resident and I have absolutely hit my limit here. When I started living here my rent was $720. There was no central AC, just a single window unit. There was carpet in the bathroom. The roach problem was out of control. The pipes in the ceiling provided the heat in the winter. But I thought “well the rent reflects that”. Here I am nearly 4 years later.
