If I could give it a zero star I would. They do not keep people on their regular medicine, they stop them cold turkey and put them at risk for withdrawals which in turn makes their mental health worse. When you call to try to get answers, no matter how polite you are, they hang up on you. I would recommend staying as far away from this Behavioral Health Unit as possible. This is not a good place. They're unprofessional, disrespectful and do not care about patients and their families.
The staff were great. But the level of care and treatment are a joke.
A few staff members are good but the rest are horrible.. They disrespect you and could care less wats wrong with you. They give you clothes that don't fit and one of the doctors or head nurse speaks broken English and is absolutely horrible. She tried to tell me I was someone else and it took other staff members to correct her.. She also had a crusty film around her mouth from taking to many pills..
