first off cant smoke a cigarette, when all you got in life to look forward to is a cigarette, maybe you would understand the pain. second get treated as a criminal for having a mental health issue, not just here this takes place but more pronounced, a glorified jail. third pretty sure they got fumes from these covered outlets that sprays stuff to make you sleep so they don't have to deal with you and you can just rot in a bed. fourth i was there during winter and the heat went out for days and i had like 5 blankets laying in... read more
If I could give it a zero star I would. They do not keep people on their regular medicine, they stop them cold turkey and put them at risk for withdrawals which in turn makes their mental health worse. When you call to try to get answers, no matter how polite you are, they hang up on you. I would recommend staying as far away from this Behavioral Health Unit as possible. When you try to advocate for a family member, they take away their phone privileges. That is not fair to the patient when they had nothing to do with the ad... read more
This is not a good place. They're unprofessional, disrespectful and do not care about patients and their families.
The staff were great. But the level of care and treatment are a joke.
