As noted on an earlier post, we have been customers of PB Overhead Door, Inc. for 28-years. We have two homes, one in Van Buren, MO and one in rural Ellsinore, MO and we have a total of 5 Garage Door units. Over this long-term we have had only 9 service calls not related to installations, and each have been resolved very quickly, usually in one day and no longer than 3-days. We have head our garage door several years now but what is greatly appreciated is service provided. Nothing major, but have had a couple of service issues due to wear and tear and both times, they have responded almost same day and serviced us and repaired within a day...and very reasonable as far as cost...thanks guys!!! Retta and I appreciate the service after the sale!!!
My new garage door and opener looks great and is very quiet when opening and closing. I'm very impressed and happy with the wonderful service and installation.
