I tried calling and wanted to get some information in regards to the amenities at the property however the lady over call advised me it's wrong number.
(20 poplar street apartment)Horrible experience with them. I have booked the apartment for 15days for my parents visit to Australia for 15 days. And 2 days before they texted me and said there’s a maintenance going on the apartment due to that they have cancelled the booking. I was trying to cl them but they didn’t pick up any calls.
Bing the receptionist was helpful, courteous, no matter of the request, 5 stars to her. Spacious rooms clean, airy and comfortable.
