Genuinely the best Popeyes I’ve ever had. I feel great
07/8/25 I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Popeyes. I showed up around 7 PM, well within normal dinner hours, only to be told that they were completely out of bone-in chicken — the signature item the entire brand is known for. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken during peak hours? It’s frustrating to make the trip expecting a proper meal, only to be turned away or forced to settle for something I didn’t come for. We just recently visited Popeyes through the drive-through. My husband had ribbons and rice and that also tasted old as if they had it out too long and reheated it. He said it tasted old and his butterfly shrimp was stale.
After ordering it took about 10 minutes for our food to come out. My wife fries were cold, the biscuits were hard as rock. Store was very clean.
