Have been to the Halifax location a handful of times, first time visiting the Dartmouth location and I was shocked. We couldn’t find a staff member to order from so was forced to use a Kiosk which isn’t a big deal. The restaurant didn’t have a clean table for us to sit at though, so we had to clean a table. Only to find there were no napkins available. We get a table cleared to a point we’re content to eat and still haven’t seen a staff member. Walked in at 21:15. I tried to ordered a family box and was told they didn't have chicken left. I asked how long it would be and they said about 30 mins. I said I'll wait. There was another couple of customers that came in at the same time and they told them the same thing. Then they said they aren't cooking anything else tonight.
