Terrible service waited in drive thru almost 30 mins poor management at its best
This is the worst popeyes it’s dirty, they never answer the drive thru After waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru I pulled up to the window and watched the guy pulling chicken out of the fryer. After another ten minutes I went inside to be yelled at that they don’t have any food (while the guy is pouring fresh chicken in the container) then yelled at that they are closed and the doors should have been locked. It’s 11am an hour after they opened. I think he didn’t want to sell me food because of my race
Even in drivethrough, it took nearly 30 minutes from the time i pulled up until i got my food, and when I did, my order was messed up, and their lobby wasn't open, so i'd have had to go back through the drive through to have them correct it, which had twice as many cars in it as when I got there
I’ve only been here once, but it’s been a good experience that day. Pretty good service, and good food. Would definitely go back.
Worst experience ever. I placed an order for pickup at 10:30 PM, but when I arrived, the restaurant was already closed. HORRIBLE! Why does Google say it’s open until 12 AM?
