If I could, it would be a -5 star. The drive thru was closed but not aware. Someone placed the cone to far off to the side. I wasn't the only one who thought it wasn't closed. They got mad because I was trying to ask them if they were closed all together, few employees chilling out in the parking lot, and the girl threw attitude. I've never had a positive experience at this location and it horrible because I love Popeyes.
I love Popeyes but every single time I go to this establishment. There’s a problem. From food not being fresh to them giving me spicy chicken and that’s not what I ordered. When I go to return the order. Staff are looking at me like I’m the problem.
Waited over 20 minutes in line before I got to the window for my online order. Drive thru speaker wasn’t being used, not sure if it is broken or what. All orders were being placed at the window and most were then asked to pull around and to park after waiting at the window for a spot to open up. I was asked to pull around and after 15 minutes, I went inside and my online order still had not been made. I really like Popeyes and have been eating there for years, but I had a very bad experience for weeks at the location located in Harker Heights 76548. The new manager is always grumpy and gets upset when I use the coupons Popeyes sends me at home. Yesterday, September 29, at around 10 p.m., I went to buy chicken and they gave me burnt chicken.
