This place was packed, it's in a perfect location by everything, but man, the service is terrible! The order took over 40 minutes, the cashier didn't pass out receipts and couldn't tell who's order was whoms. When calling out numbers no one had a clue what was going on or who's food was being passed out in there and there were about 10 ppl waiting in the lobby looking beyond irritated. Last place to go for a "quick dinner" option. Maybe they are better at lunch hours, but I won't be finding out.
I had a door dash pick up. It was supposed to be 2. 4 chicken sandwiches total and 1 order of red beans and rice. I waited at the menu for at least 20 minutes before I could even tell them what I was there for. I had to repeat the names at least 4 times and then spell them. Then I waited for at least 10 minutes at the window and finally gave up. I have heard horror stories about this specific location but I figured it couldn't be that bad at 10pm. Great location to eat at
Terrible place. It takes over 30 minutes to order and receive your food. It's shameful, the length of time it takes. It's like they have no idea how many customers they will have yet they do this every day. It's terrible customer service. You have to ask them are they still open because they don't answer the drive through order box. Then they ask you to wait even longer. Love ghost pepper wings,restaurant was dirty. Receipt wasn't working. Out of everything waited forever. Too many people complained. Seemed some workers were walking around in a daze what to do. I gave 5 stars on everything before so what changed. Yes I'll be back
