I’ve given this Popeyes location multiple chances over the past year and a half, and I have to say the mobile order experience is disappointing. Despite paying ahead, I’ve consistently noticed that walk-in and drive-thru customers are served first. It feels like they’re not following a first-come, first-served approach. I hope they reconsider their process, because the food is great—but waiting longer after already paying is frustrating.
Portion sizing at this restaurant seems to get smaller and smaller while the prices continue to increase it’s honestly ridiculous. Ordered a regular fry and the box I received with fry’s is not even half way full ( photo below)
