Every Sunday I order through the app 20 minutes ahead, and EVERY time I arrive, they haven’t even started my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still waiting like you just walked in? They clearly prioritize selling smaller combo meals to make more money instead of fulfilling prepaid orders. I’ve watched them do it. They’ll have the chicken ready but still make you wait while they sell it off piece by piece. This completely defeats the purpose of the app and is honestly a terrible system. The people who work here are so wonderful and hard working. They are so accommodating and I leave happy knowing that I choose to go to this particular popeyes every time. Please give them your business and be kind!
The food is always good. However, three out of the last four times I have gone through the drive-through, they have messed up my order. They put a different sauce in the bag than the one I asked for or left out the biscuit. One time they left out a whole sandwich...that time I drove back to get it. I recommend you check your bag closely before driving away.
