One of the main enterance spots is always blocked off, so if you are trying to get in you can't unless you go all the way around.
The service here is awful! The female manager is VERY rude. She was TRYING to juggle the drive-thru and the front counter, and when I got confused about whether she was talking to me or on her headset, she snapped at me. I raised my voice back, and suddenly she was playing the victim, asking why I was yelling. There were lots of employees working, so they were not short-staffed.
